Past Opportunities
Rocket Fuel
The TFM's first program in Northern Ontario!
One on One
ONE on ONE was a semi-structured career mentorship initiative for emerging and mid-career trans and non-binary creative professionals seeking support as they develop their skills, deepen their engagement with the industry, and move into the next phase of their careers!
Slo Pitch
Partnership with Shaftesbury and the City of Toronto to offer a paid work-integrated training opportunity for emerging trans and non-binary professionals within select departments on Slo Pitch, a comedy series following a scrappy queer softball team trying to make it to the beer league championships, produced by Shaftesbury, Bell Media, and PAGEBOY Productions
Wayward
Mentees were placed on the set of the Netflix production Wayward from Sphere Media and Mae Martin. Eligible mentees attained their permittee status within IATSE 873 upon the completion of this program.
Any Other Way
Interns supported the post production of Any Other Way from Banger Films.
Untitled Boy Band
A documentary post production internship for emerging trans & non-binary professionals.
Streams Flow From a River
This program was a paid work-placement program on the set of STREAMS FLOW FROM A RIVER S2.
Sort Of
Training on the set of the Peabody-award-winning CBC & HBO Max comedy, Sort Of.
Something You Said Last Night.
The program that started it all! Mentees were placed on the set of the feature film Something You Said Last Night, written and directed by Luis De Filippis.
