TFM Production Training Program
​The TFM Production Training Program is a work-integrated training program where participants are placed to train and work within selected departments on set. It includes production preparedness training, several weeks of on-set work placements, and personalized career planning.
TFM x Netflix (2024)
Mentees were placed on the set of the Netflix production Wayward from Sphere Media and Mae Martin. Eligible mentees attained their permittee status within IATSE 873 upon the completion of this program.


TFM x Sort Of (2023)
Mentees were placed on the third season of Sort Of from HBO Max and CBC, created by Bilal Baig and Fab Filippo.


TFM x Sort Of (2022)
Mentees were placed on the second season of Sort Of from HBO Max and CBC, created by Bilal Baig and Fab Filippo.


Something You Said Last Night (2021)
The program that started it all! Mentees were placed on the set of the feature film Something You Said Last Night, written and directed by Luis De Filippis.

TFM Documentary Internship
​​​The TFM Documentary Internship is a paid work-integrated training opportunity for emerging trans and non-binary professionals interested in pursuing work in the post-production world of film and television. Selected interns support the post-production of a documentary project for several weeks. After the internship, interns receive consultation and support from TFM and its partners on identify their career goals, next steps and action plan.
