You understand that the footage captured may be used for various purposes, including but not limited to promotional materials, advertising, social media, website content, and future broadcasts.

You hereby release The Trans Film Mentorship, its employees, contractors, and authorized representatives from any and all claims, demands, actions, and liabilities arising out of or in connection with the use of such footage, including but not limited to any claims for invasion of privacy, defamation, or rights of publicity.

You also understand and agree that you will not be entitled to any compensation, royalties, or other payments in connection with the use of the footage.
